The only situation we'd adjust price after quoting is if the actual home is significantly different from what was described (e.g., quoted as 2-storey but it's actually 3-storey). Even then, we'd discuss before doing the work.

We accept Interac e-Transfer (preferred) and cash. Payment is due after the work is complete and you've approved the result. No deposits required.

Pure water cleaning uses deionized water — water with the minerals removed — to wash windows. Yes — screens are included free with every full window service. We brush off dust and rinse them clean. If screens need deeper cleaning (heavy buildup), we can do that for a small additional fee.

Most bookings happen within the same week. During peak spring season (April-May) and fall (September-October), booking 1-2 weeks ahead is common. We always try to accommodate urgent requests when possible.
