Pricing & Quotes
How much does window cleaning cost?
Our residential window cleaning typically ranges from $100 for a small bungalow to $700 for a large heritage estate. Most standard 2-storey homes fall between $180 and $280. Final price depends on home size, window count, accessibility, and location. We provide free, no-obligation quotes within 2 hours of your request.
Are quotes really free?
Yes — completely free, no obligation. We don't charge for estimates. We don't require commitments. We won't pressure you. Just fill out our form or call (647) 553-1021 and we'll respond within 2 hours during business hours.
Do you charge more for premium neighbourhoods?
No. Our flat-rate pricing is based on home size and window count — not neighbourhood reputation. A 2-storey home in Forest Hill costs the same as a 2-storey home in Brampton if they have the same window count.
Are there any hidden fees?
No. The price we quote is the price you pay. No "trip charges," no "extra-storey fees," no surprise add-ons. The only situation we'd adjust price after quoting is if the actual home is significantly different from what was described (e.g., quoted as 2-storey but it's actually 3-storey). Even then, we'd discuss before doing the work.
How do I pay?
We accept Interac e-Transfer (preferred) and cash. Payment is due after the work is complete and you've approved the result. No deposits required.
Pure Water Technology
What is pure water window cleaning?
Pure water cleaning uses deionized water — water with the minerals removed — to wash windows. Because the water has no dissolved solids (TDS near 0 ppm), it dries completely spot-free and streak-free, without any soap or chemicals. It's the professional standard used by elite window cleaning companies worldwide.
Why is pure water better than soap and squeegees?
Three big reasons: (1) No streaks ever — minerals in regular tap water are what cause spotting and streaking. (2) No chemicals near your home or landscaping. (3) Our water-fed pole reaches 2nd and 3rd-storey windows from the ground — no ladders, no risk to your siding.
Does pure water actually clean? It sounds too simple.
Yes. Pure water is extremely effective because mineral-free water acts like a magnet for dirt — it has nowhere to "deposit" minerals, so it picks up grime instead. Combined with our soft brush heads and proper technique, it removes pollen, dust, hard water spots, and atmospheric pollution as well as (or better than) traditional methods.
Is pure water safe for older windows?
Yes — actually gentler than traditional methods. No harsh chemicals to damage old glazing or fade trim. No high-pressure water that could compromise older window seals. No ladders against fragile heritage siding. We work with century homes regularly.
Service & Scheduling
How often should I clean my windows?
For most GTA homeowners: twice a year. Once in late spring (April–May) to clear winter mineral buildup, road salt residue, and tree pollen. Once in early fall (September–October) before snow returns. Lakefront homes benefit from a third mid-summer cleaning due to constant lake-effect moisture.
How long does the service take?
Most standard 2-storey homes take 1 to 2 hours. Townhouses and bungalows often finish under an hour. Large executive homes with 30+ windows can take 2 to 4 hours. We confirm timing in your quote.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. We work entirely on the exterior, so you don't need to be home. We just need access to your outdoor water tap and any gates unlocked. Many customers book us during work hours and come home to spotless windows.
What if it rains right after you clean my windows?
Pure water itself doesn't cause spotting (that's the whole point — 0 ppm minerals). Light rain shortly after cleaning won't leave water spots the way rain on dirty windows would, because the residue is gone. We monitor weather and reschedule if heavy storms are forecast for your day.
Do you clean inside windows too?
Currently we specialize in exterior window cleaning only. Our pure water system delivers spotless results without needing to access the inside of your home. This keeps our service fast, affordable, and respectful of your privacy.
Can you clean my screens too?
Yes — screens are included free with every full window service. We brush off dust and rinse them clean. If screens need deeper cleaning (heavy buildup), we can do that for a small additional fee.
Coverage & Service Area
What areas do you serve?
The entire Greater Toronto Area — Halton Region (Milton, Oakville, Burlington, Halton Hills), Peel Region (Mississauga, Brampton), Toronto (including Etobicoke, North York, Scarborough, East York), York Region (Vaughan, Markham, Richmond Hill, Aurora, Newmarket), and Durham Region (Pickering, Ajax, Whitby, Oshawa). See our full service area for details.
Do you charge extra for distant areas?
No. Our flat-rate pricing applies regardless of location within our service area. We don't add distance surcharges. We schedule efficiently by clustering bookings in the same region on the same day.
How quickly can you book me in?
Most bookings happen within the same week. During peak spring season (April-May) and fall (September-October), booking 1-2 weeks ahead is common. We always try to accommodate urgent requests when possible.
Trust & Quality
What if I'm not happy with the result?
We walk every window with you before we leave. If anything isn't perfect, we re-wash it on the spot — no questions, no extra cost. Your windows look amazing, or we fix it before we leave.
Are you insured?
We're a growing local business actively working toward full general liability insurance. In the meantime, we minimize risk through our methodology: water-fed pole means no ladder work on most homes, no chemicals near landscaping, and walk-throughs to ensure satisfaction. Ask us directly when booking for current insurance status.
Can I trust you with my home?
We work entirely outdoors and don't need keys or access codes. We respect your property and landscape. We're Milton locals — our reputation matters to us. Every customer is asked to provide feedback so we keep improving.
Do you do background checks?
We're a small family-run team. The owner attends every job personally, and our team is small enough that we know everyone personally. If you have specific concerns about our team, just ask when booking.
